Terms of Use

1. General provisions

These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern the relationship between STROYINTEGRATSIYA JSC (OGRN 1257700138299, INN 9731148947; the “Company”) and the user (the “User”) when using the aigir.group website (the “Site”).

By using the Site, the User confirms that they have read these Terms and accept them in full. If the User does not agree with the Terms, they should stop using the Site.

2. Status and purpose of the Site

The Site is an informational resource dedicated to the Aigir.Group construction management platform and is intended for familiarization with its capabilities.

Information posted on the Site, including descriptions of features, pricing and conditions, is informational in nature and does not constitute a public offer (Article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation). Conditions for access to the platform are defined by separate agreements.

3. Intellectual property

All items posted on the Site, including texts, graphics, design, logos, trademarks and source code, are the intellectual property of the Company or are used by it on a lawful basis and are protected by the legislation of the Russian Federation (Part Four of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation).

Use of the Site materials without the Company’s written permission is not allowed, except in cases expressly provided for by law.

4. User rights and obligations

The User undertakes to:

• use the Site only for lawful purposes;
• refrain from actions that disrupt the operation or security of the Site;
• provide accurate data when filling out forms on the Site;
• not use the Site to distribute malicious code or for unauthorized collection of information.

5. Beta testing

The Aigir.Group platform is in a testing stage. Beta-testing sign-up is carried out based on a request submitted through the Site form. The decision to grant access is made by the Company.

During the beta-testing stage, the Company does not guarantee uninterrupted and error-free operation of the platform and reserves the right to change its functionality.

6. Limitation of liability

The Site and its content are provided on an “as is” basis. The Company is not liable for any losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Site.

The Site may contain links to third-party resources. The Company is not responsible for their content, availability or data processing practices.

7. Personal data processing

The User’s personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy posted on the Site.

8. Changes to the Terms

The Company may unilaterally amend these Terms. Changes take effect upon publication on the Site. Continued use of the Site means the User agrees to the amended Terms.

9. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the law of the Russian Federation. Disputes not resolved through negotiation are subject to consideration in court at the Company’s location in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.
